	Information Desk Staff Information Desk Staff will answer questions, give directions, distribute handouts if needed, and escalate questions and/or concerns to the relevant area when necessary. Volunteers are expected to have some knowledge of Arisia, and a calm and/or positive demeanor when interacting with the public. Prior customer service experience is a plus but, not required. 	Load-In Volunteers Load In takes place on the Wednesday and Thursday before con. Wednesday’s work is at the NESFA club house in Somerville, Massachusetts and will probably only take a few hours. It involves packing things into a truck so they can go to the hotel. Apply	more
